Description
The Bushton Plaza Incubator Kitchen's mission is to encourage individuals and small businesses to become involved with the preparation of and/or processing of locally sourced food products as part of a local food distribution system.
The Bushton Plaza Incubator Kitchen is a licensed commercial kitchen which is operated by the City of Bushton and the Bushton Recreation Commission.
The Bushton Plaza Incubator Kitchen facility is a shared use facility that is available for rental by Clients on a 24 hrs per day, 7 days a week basis. A keyless entry system is used to provide Clients with access to the Incubator Kitchen facility.
Rental of the Bushton Plaza Incubator Kitchen facility to Clients will be on a first come, first serve basis.
The Bushton Plaza Incubator Kitchen facility includes the kitchen (720 sq ft) and a pantry (700 sq ft). The kitchen includes a six burner natural gas stove & oven, a large electric convection oven, a large electric tilt skillet, which are all located under a vent hood system, a 30" x 72" stainless steel food processing table with sink, a portable stainless steel food prep table, an ice maker, a stainless steel 3 sink dishwashing station with attached drying area, and a hand washing sink. The pantry includes a large, 3 bay commercial refrigerator, and 4 lockable storage lockers.
For security & safety, the Bushton Plaza facility is monitored 24 hrs per day, 7 days per week via a camera system.
4 Hour, Single Day Rate: $30.00
8 Hour, Single Day Rate: $50.00
Weekly Rates Available Upon Request
3 Bay Refrigerator Rental Rate: $2 per day for 1 bay
$10 per week for 1 bay
Storage Lockers Rental Rate: $2 per day for 1 locker
$10 per week for 1 locker
